Move Your City to VOR HQ using Teleporter Item

1. Tap on "backpack" menu

2. Tap on "other"

3. rap the Alliance Teleporter item (the one with the red banner and yellow star) 

4. Then "use" to move your city, so your city will be near the INA alliance headquarters and territory

Change UTC to Local Time

1. Tap World

2. Tap on calendar icon

3. Tap on 🔄

4. Local time info already appears

      (Just sample on my old character)
